The Turgid Drama That Is My Calendar.
I've been feeling hugely tired (as well as un-inspired and stressed at work, but that's a locked post for another day) so I was vaguely considering scheduling a vacation/sick day to recover and help
bonacorsi get the house back to less of a shambles.
Monday: Nope. My backup's in Spain until Memorial Day, and I have massive paperwork to do.
Tuesday: Department meeting where we talk about the higher-ups' impending visit. Gotta attend that one. Plus tooth sanding, the sequel.
Wednesday: Oh, that's right - I booked the car appointment. Yes, I could re-schedule, but then it's a week off.
Thursday: Haircut, plus meeting M&C for sushi. Of another sort.
Friday: ...maybe? Of course, it's theoretically a short day but I probably need to make sure things are in shape for the weekend.
It's a good thing Monday is a holiday, because I'd go on a three-state killing spree otherwise. If I had the energy, that is. Yes, I know these conflicts are pretty minor. That's what makes it turgid drama.
