A lovely lunch with
aastg today. I tried the chicharonnes from 4505 Meats - which are the platonic ideal of what a pork rind wants to be. Freaking amazing.
Also a sample of parsnip/horseradish sorbet, which was surprisingly good. It would have to be better than it sounds.
