To go with the apocalyptic theme of the day, we got Hildegard's results back. She's still showing FeLV positive, meaning she's active rather than being an asymptomatic carrier.
We're not going to give Hilde back to the shelter, because FeLV+ cats are hard to get adopted so who knows how long she'd be there. And we're not going to re-home Bea instead because 1) we don't want to; 2) she's still shy and we think that would be overly traumatic for her.
