I've been reading through my CA Voter Information Guide.

The majority of arguments, pro and con, use a large amount of ALL CAPITAL LETTERS AND EXCLAMATION MARKS TO MAKE THEIR POINTS!

Were these written by Nigerian spammers?
Just wondering.

When I was there, I'd immediately discount anything they said, if it was over half caps.
