Ocular Strain Of Woe

I have three honking screens at work (21") so I wear computer glasses. I struggled against it for a few weeks from ego issues, but it helps. Otherwise I tend to develop headaches.

This morning, I pulled out my glasses case... and it was empty. Yesterday I took the glasses out to tighten up an earpiece and forgot to put them back in, apparently.

You need to keep a spare monocle in your desk for just such occasions.

If you can get out to the corner drugstore, they often carry cheap readers you could use. I survived on them for a number of years before I actually committed to expensive prescription lenses.
