Ham on Rye post-mortem

Just finished off my sandwich.
A definite success! It seems to work better with other flavors than by itself.

Always nice to have a new recipe work out.

Ordinarily, I am scornful of what I term the "and then I had a sandwich" posts, but I guess I have to make an exception for sandwiches with bread baked by the author. %-}
