One of the restaurants we liked - I can't call it favorite, because we don't go out enough to really have one - is closed. Plouf, a Parisian bistro. It was the first one on the little alley and the owners expanded that into an entire row.
One of my first birthdays after moving to the city was spent there for lunch with a bowl of mussels, a book, and a couple glasses of wine.
It closed before COVID, so it's a change of preferences rather than the more-recent decimation. But it's still sad to find out.
