I have to admit that I'm rooting for the Red Sox. They're my second favorite team, having been born in Boston. Not that I remember it, since I only lived there one year.
That was a general statement of preference, not a comment of ignorance. Heck, I'm a lifelong diehard Giants fan, and I'd take the Dodgers over the Yankee$! Not that I think they'll get that far, but that's the full extent of my Yankee disgust this year.
