Ingredients
1/2 cup chicken stock (I used house-made)
1/4 cup vermouth
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
Whisk everything together. Yields about 1 cup.
What worked: It was okay over baked salmon. Not as sticky-sweet as the usual commercial varieties that use honey.
What didn't: It wasn't particularly exciting either.
Will I make it again? Doubtful.
