computer relief

Through a happy working-out chain of events, I managed to hand off our malfunctioning PC yesterday to my friendly and much-put-upon computer-savvy friend. Despite my having forgotten to put it into the car yesterday.

Fortunately, it appears to simply be a fried video card. Reasonably cheap and easy fix. I should be able to access my e-mail again soonish! I've been jonesing.
