Several months back I posted about scheduling a light motion-sensor installation with the local power co-op, and them never showing up.

Recently, they wrote about the program in their newsletter - so I scheduled again.

This time, the guy actually showed up as promised. (Sort of... between 9 and noon, and he showed at 11:50)

"Oh, I thought this was going to be an interior installation. We won't have exterior lights until next week, maybe."

Never mind that I specifically said "exterior" when I scheduled. Darn flaky non-profits.

Now back to the (sur)real world...

We had originally planned to visit Mendocino this week (and possibly loupnoir), but they're holding a Music Festival. We wanted unstructured peace and quiet, so we drove down to Cambria for a couple days instead.
