The wife just finished installing work-provided DSL. She's handy that way (and it's good that one of us is).

I thought that getting free (well, reimbursed) DSL service was a fair trade for allowing my place to serve as a disaster recovery site. I get a laptop too, but that's strictly for work use. It should mean that I can take it with me to conferences and whatnot, and still be able to read Sluggy and Something Positive and Irregular Webcomic and Internet crack Livejournal...
