In Memoriam
Dec. 18th, 2004 01:25 pmFarewell, my life companion. I can't imagine living without you, but I know I have to.
We went through a lot together. We did a lot together.
You were my first.
We moved in together after I graduated in 1991, found a real job, and signed the lease for my first apartment. Although there were others over the years, you didn't seem to mind - and I always came back to you. You were always the best.
Even when I'm eventually ready to move on, and another takes your place - it won't be the same.
