Fortunately, I wasn't gardening - just opening a bottle of wine.
I'm still not quite sure what happened; I was using my "Rabbit" lever opener, and the top somehow unscrewed itself. The lever smashed down on my pinky. Now I have a black pinky (and slight difficulty typing).

Coulda been worse. They can't test for vomit.
