If I had one of these, it would probably be triggered by a book like "Bread Machine Recipes".
Then again, no one would be fooled by that title.

trials and tribulations

I met a broker for dinner last night - we went to Tamarine in Palo Alto. It was fine; I would be hesitant to go on my own dime, but that's because it's a date place and (I think) overpriced. The meal was good but nothing to rhapsodize about. I especially liked the tuna tartare.

Even though the broker was picking up the tab we didn't hit it hard. Thursday night, plus I had to drive home. I did pick up an extra dessert to-go for the wife, just to show that I was thinking about her.
