A-Travelin' Man
Aug. 4th, 2006 08:45 amI fly out to Arizona tonight for a whirlwind visit with a college buddy. I'm taking him to a Diamondbacks game. I expect that much beer will be consumed.
My New York trip got moved back, as I think I mentioned. I just got "invited" to present at a client product conference in New York that's two weeks afterwards. This was "Death March with Cocktails" from last year, when we were the top-rated presentation. The good(ish) news from this is that 1) after the first trip, I may have enough frequent flier miles to upgrade to first class; 2) they're using a nicer hotel this year: the Waldorf Astoria instead of the Sheraton.
