Mooned yesterday

I walked over to Borderlands yesterday for an Elizabeth Moon signing. She seems like a nice enough lady - and vastly amused that she has a decent writing career, given that she made her first sale at 40.

I spoke with the employee responsible for inflicting the name Gods and Prawns on the latest Kage Baker book (it's Pawns - but she mentioned a better nother one: Tyranny of the Night being relabelled Tranny of the Night. Entirely different image, there.

As I walked back through the Mission I picked up a lime for tonight's dinner. So, naturally, I thought of Neil Gaiman. "Are you the gringo with the lime?"
