Gourmet? Or gour-meat?

Dinner last night, at bonacorsi's suggestion, was a "BPT", although with the mozzarella "caprese sandwich" probably is a better name. Either way, it was excellent.

Ingredients:

home-made light wheat sourdough bread
house-cured pancetta
basil from our CSA box (grown in Hollister)
tomatoes from the farmers' market
fresh mozzarella

I am so doing this again. At this rate, I may have to make more pancetta.
