(no subject)

I took today off, so the wife and I walked over the hill to a new sushi place for lunch. The place itself isn't new - it used to be a cheap but good Chinese food place. We actually went there the night before our wedding. Then after a few years, it became simply a cheap Chinese food place. It recently re-opened as a sushi joint.

They're definitely still in the shakedown period; my order was screwed up (CA rolls instead of tuna) and the wife's glass had some schmutz on it. The sushi was decent though.

I wouldn't put it on the top list of sushi restaurants, but it's decent and certainly convenient.
