I took various cured meat products to the farmers' market Saturday. I passed out samples to Fatted Calf, Ryan at 4505, and the butchers at Golden Gate Meat. They gave me some good feedback and suggestions (e.g. slivering the garlic for the saucisson a l'ail for more garlicky goodness). Also some free samples in return, which I did not expect - but happily chowed down on.
