Vise on my temples

I woke up around 4 AM with a vise grip around my head. Not so much that it caused me to whimper, wishing for someone to cut of my head (thankfully). But the next stage down.

I have taken a couple of pills and it has loosened up, although I still feel its presence. Dammit, this usually only happens when a storm's a-comin'.
