Finally...

Oy. This week has been horrendously busy. So even though I made this last week, this is the first time I've had to post this week's Resolution Recipe: Braised Goat Tacos.
This is going to seem like a lot of work, but it's more time to cook than anything else.
( Goat is one of the most widely-eaten meats in the world, so it's not really exotic. )
