Predictable

I met Aldith for a post-work drink and chattage last night. Both were lovely and much-needed after the recent drama. However, I had the semi-usual reaction of the alcohol converting to sugar late, which meant I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. My knee was also still aching, which didn't help.

Dragging today in a big way. This is why I don't usually drink on a work night.
