I grew up drinking what my mother termed "Children's Tea". It's just hot water spiked with a little honey and lemon juice. It's a good thing when you have a cold and I've kept it as a thing, although now sometimes I use ginger in there as well.

I'm not feeling sick, but I am physically cold. It is cold today and the office is not well insulated. So I made some Children's Tea, but using pomgar instead of lemon juice.

Should I be worried that this is hipster-medicine? Is the next step turmeric plasters?

The wife has started writing memories in a short journal. I am contributing some too. When we're done we'll put it in a box with some of the old photos (back when those were a thing you still did physically).
It is a good way to unburden ourselves a bit, and remember some of the things that made him so special to us.
