Sep. 6th, 2020 09:40 amThe local Montreal-style bagelworks now has rye bagels. I had one this morning.
I can't honestly compare them to what I would get in Manhattan - I haven't been there in over ten years. I will say that while pricy, this is a damn fine rye bagel that I will buy again. It's easily the best rye bagel I've had since I made a batch using Lazarus the rye starter.
