Disappointing

The wife had the idea to use leftover peppers and onions over polenta. I thought I'd make something along the lines of shrimp and grits.

Unfortunately, I apparently miscalculated the proportions when making the polenta. We had shrimp, peppers, and corn meal soup instead.
