Blind Habit

Hilde and I have a morning ritual. I open the blinds in the bedroom after it's light and we're dressed, and she jumps up on the window bay to lounge and look at the tree for birds. If I have time I will pet her a few times and look out with her.

It's now gotten to the point that the sound of the blinds is a trigger for her to gallop in and launch herself straight from the bed.
