There is a turkey breast also in the sous vide, for tomorrow's birthday dinner. And perhaps most importantly, there has been much cat-snuggling.

pastramicorned beef) cooking sous vide (For Science!) - cheesecake in the Instant Pot (For Science! Also the wife's birthday tomorrow.)
- yeast bread, which produced two marvelous crackling 2-lb loaves
