madbaker | Tired today (as usual)

Day One of what will be a somewhat-stressful, incredibly busy week. I fly out to New York tomorrow morning and don't leave until Saturday. I may try braving the scalpers to catch my first-ever game at Yankee $tadium Friday. I wish the Yankee$ had missed the playoffs, but the chance to go see a game there in the post-season... it may be worth it.

I'm taking the work laptop, so in my copious spare time I will try to keep up here. Cloisters on Friday though!

We had a good time at Crown, although the constant trips offsite to change clothes, dine, and sleep took me out of SCA head-space. I'm glad we didn't camp, especially given the aforementioned trip, but I don't want to motel SCA events very often.

Given the mass confusion that have generally been events this year, it was nice to spend time socializing with people. It was also nice to get home around 2 PM and have zero-to-little unpacking to do.

We'll try to see Mirrormask tonight, but it may be tricky juggling packing and transit. This may be the only time I can see it in the theaters though.
