Yes, that sums it up fairly well. Say "Merry Christmas" if you celebrate/believe in Christmas. Say "Happy Hannakah" if you're Jewish, and "happy holidays" if you participate in the secular gift exchange/family stuff that happens at this time of year.

I just just "Joyous Yule" for me, since those that know my religion know where I'm coming from, and thost that don't are none the wiser.
