The wife's aunt and uncle had a party for their 50th (!) wedding anniversary. Since he's an active Mason, they held it in the Mountain View Masonic Hall. I've always wondered what it was like inside - it's next to the library, so over the last thirty-odd years I've spent a lot of time wandering past.

Anyway, I'm glad we did the family obligation thing. The oddest part was running into an SCA couple - Leo the Shrieker and his wife - I knew he was a Mason, but still.
