D'backs game report, a week late

So. Having an indoor ballpark with air conditioning, when it's 100 degrees out? Very nice.

The game itself was odd: baseball for the ADD fan. Perhaps because they have a long tradition of basketball games, the park has lots of flashing lights and synchronized sounds to tell the fans what to do and how to cheer. Also, they had far more scoreboard games than any other park I've been to. And the basketball-style cheerleader skanks? Gotta go.

I had fun with my college buddy, but I won't be in a hurry to return.
