I've been in "communications training" for the last two days. Corporate babble aside, this was pretty good. It was kind of funny - I was clearly the best in the room, for which I thank drama training and others. I already knew how to modulate my voice delivery, use hand gestures, and so forth. But it was still worthwhile.
The downside? Two successive 12+ hour, high-energy days. I'd been toying with the idea of packing for my week-long trip today or tomorrow (I leave early Sunday morning) and day-tripping Crown. Now, though, I think I want a relaxing, quiet day at home instead.
