I am here in New Yawk. The flight was unexceptional, which is probably good. The hotel is likewise, which is not great but I've stayed in worse.

I didn't have an incredibly restful night, but what do I expect with the wife and cat on the other coast?
I didn't want to bother with doing anything last night, so I ate at the hotel. Again, not great but not bad. The halibut was actually nice.

I'm still feeling unmotivated this morning - I booked a timepass for the Statue of Liberty tour this morning and I don't want to go. Specifically, I don't want the hassle of dealing with it. I'd still like to do the tourist tour some time. Oh well. I'll stay in the room, deal with some work fu remotely. Maybe I'll go walk up to Central Park once that's done.

At least your flight was unexceptional. The spouse ended up having her flight cancelled, so had to re-book, and went through Atlanta (Georgia!) to get to San Antonio, and her luggage didn't make it ... she wasn't a happy camper when she called me last night. They at least know where the luggage was, but weren't sure when it would arrive. This means she may be going to work today in her jeans. Sigh.
