Pepper Thieves

A few months back, the PHB's pepper grinder (which he kept on his desk for lunchtime use) vanished. He bitched about it incessantly for weeks, which was hilarious. Dude, it's a cheap pepper grinder. The janitors probably tossed it by mistake.

Still, when I brought one in (a cheap plastic one) I kept it in my office cabinet. Just in case.

Today I had a salad for lunch. I wanted pepper.
...and my grinder is missing.

One time, I took a vase that had a ribbon on it to the break room so I could wash it.

Came back for it, someone took the ribbon off.

Have you considered repacing your spoon and bowl set with a hello kitty version (Or something equally knoxious)?

Get a new cheap pepper grinder and fill it with something foul...hard cat turds (chopped), or pepper soaked in detergent...leave out for stealing.
Afterwards post a note describing the contents of the grinder. >}

I'm amused at the idea, but I suspect it was the janitors tossing it rather than an actual thief.
