I got yer resolution right here.
Jan. 2nd, 2007 11:00 amRecipe, that is. This week: Orange Yogurt Dressing.
1 Tbsp grated orange zest
2/3 cup fresh orange juice
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp sugar (I used 2 tsp)
3/4 cup plain yogurt (I used a thick, tangy, Greek-style)
Mix all together and chill for at least an hour before using.
What worked: It was salad dressing. Not bad, but not exceptionally good either.
What didn't: It was unexceptional. Not a heavy orange flavor. The fuzzy upstairs neighbor suggested using lavender honey in place of the sugar for more oomph.
Will I make it again? I don't see any reason to.
Bonus points for correctly citing the cut-tag reference.
