I finally uploaded my stool pictures.

Um, that came out badly.
Wait, so did that. These are pictures I took of 15th century French oak stools in the Cloisters last year. Rather a mixed bag, quality-wise. Still, they let me get as up close and personal as I could without physically touching the things.

I have some gothic woodwork pictures for you to look at, stuff from a Ducal picture frame project from back east...maybe I can sent them from home.

Interesting. The first one might be a fake - the construction is unlike any other Gothic stool I've seen, or any other medieval furniture for that matter. Some interesting details in the others as well.

You need to either cut back on caffeine, or get a camera with OIS.

Thanks for putting these up; I should do the same with the pics from the V&A.
