I met a local exchequer last night for a regularly-scheduled review of books. No big deal.
He was somewhat relieved when I found him - apparently, he was worried that he might not recognize me in "normal" clothes.
More specifically, he said "I don't think I've ever seen you without a hat!"

Given the fedorification of the last few years, I was more amused than I should have been. Granted, he was talking about the straw or felt hats I tend to wear at events, but still.

You WOULD look good as a Jaeger. One of the style that I wish that I could wear. One of the Barons' Foot troops.
