May. 10th, 2007 07:49 amIt was a perfect day at the ballpark yesterday - in the 70s, a bit of cooling breeze but not too much, and our seats were in the 7th row behind first base. I had a couple beers and tried the new crab sandwich. Meh. The roll is too Wonder Bread-squishy to bother eating again.
Now if Blownitez and Hennessey hadn't lost the game (with all due respect to Linden's failed catch, and Roberts taking his own sweet time to get to a hit ball) it would have been a Good Thing. But it could have been worse: I could have been at work instead.
