I said clock alarm but a very close second is my son (usually way earlier than my alarm, blah)

At home, a clock radio set to music, or "when I'm ready" depending upon the day's schedule. Here in NYC, I've been using the alarm in my cell phone, although I generally wake up as the light changes, before it goes off.

I said phone, because that's what I used when the alarm on my phone was actually working. If I could figure out how to get my computer to call either my cell phone or my land line at a specified time, I'd be all over that.

I just do...

My internal clock uaully wakes me when I tell it to. I'm one of those freaks who can think as I go to bed, "I'm going to get up at 5," and I wake up at 5.

Weird.

My six year old. He generally climbs into my bed around seven and starts pumelling me...

After living in places with very spotty electricity, I have never been able to give up my cheap-o battery powered clocks.

I said my pet. I *do* set my alarm clock every night because I'm paranoid that way, but not once in the past 2 years has my cat failed to wake me before it goes off.

Like Etain, I have a very powerful internal clock. I seldom wake up any later than I intend, whatever that time may be. (Even when I travel outside my own time zone.) A rather handy talent, actually.

My clock during the week, but light gets me up while camping.

No, that's not true. Light wakes me, but the bladder gets me out of bed.

A combination of my alarm clock and the alarm on my phone. Has to be both, just one won't do it.

Clock radio, set as low in volume as will wake me up, with at least two snoozes planned. Anything louder sends me into this shock-like state where I panic and flail around til the noise stops, then instantly fall back to sleep.

My awesome alarm clock that I got from Mikes folks will wake me with music from my ipod. Although I will usually wake up shortly before it goes off.

Lately, it's been the neighbor's rooster. Yeah for country life.

Usually the alarm on my watch. Alarm clock for backup when it's critical.

Change in light works the rest of the time. Or pets. Or bladder.

Stupid radio buttons ;)

I chose "other." My comment is "Sleep? What is this sleep you refer to?" Currently I dwell in the house of Insomnia.

I have no idea what or why, but I simply wake up at 6:30 most days, even this morning, when I'd only had four hours of sleep. It's consistent through time changes and seasonal changes, so I'm not sure how much related to light it is or bladder pressures.
