madbakerPringles ran an ad campaign back in the '80s whose slogan was "I've got the fever for the flavor of a Pringles."
Let me get this straight... in order to project an aura of hipness for potato chips, they linked it to high school computer geeks wearing bow ties.
Likely outcome in the '80s for high school kids in computer class: getting stuffed into lockers.
Likely outcome in the '80s for high school kids in computer class wearing bow ties: getting stuffed into the toilet, then into lockers.
Yeah, that'll sell product.
