"None of the local loonies can hold a candle to Emperor Norton."
"The Emperor was friends with Mark Twain, called for a bridge linking San Francisco and Oakland, and banned the word 'Frisco.'"
"Bring back Emperor Norton! He'd be much cooler than today's loonies."
"...wait, Zombie Emperor Norton might not be so cool."
"I can see it now: 'Any proclamations for today, Your Majesty?'
"'BRAAAAAINS!'
"'The same as yesterday, then. I'll alert the press.'"
