Continuing in the post-Valentine's Day fooding: For brunch this morning, I made Eggses Benedict.
With sourdough English muffins that I started on Friday, so they were nice and sour.
And house-cured pancetta.
Sadly, I had to make the Hollandaise with commercial lemon juice and butter - our two lemon trees aren't producing yet, and I didn't feel like churning cream into butter this morning. I want to do that at an event some time for this dish, though.
