Most peculiar, mama.
I've been out of sorts all morning. I felt like I was running late; the paper wasn't there; I forgot my lunch (and didn't have time to go back up and get it). Then I had to wait ten minutes for the bus, so the previous statement was proven incorrect.

Maybe it's a delayed reaction to the time shift. I think I will go get some more coffee.

I think it's both the time shift, and the constant doom&gloom from every news source adding to the baseline stress levels of everyone. Even people who are fully jobbed are a little more tense and cranky than usual. I was blaming the rain, but maybe its been only a contributing factor.
