My apparently-trick sinuses went into overdrive last night - I had a vise squeezing my temples for over 12 hours. I didn't sleep well (much at all, really) and look like I've been punched in the eyes today. More than usual, I mean. I suspect that my immaculate hangover a few months ago was the same thing.

I'd schedule a doctor's appointment, except that our insurance is changing in 2011 so I don't want to go through the hassle of finding a doctor who I will then dump a week later. I need to find something to deal with it though, because whether it's sinus pressure or migraines it is making it near-impossible to live with. I can't keep getting these severe headaches a day before rain and function in any coherent way.

The pressure changes of a storm system coming through is a known migraine trigger for many people who suffer migraines.

Guess who woke up this morning with a migraine?

I feel storms in my joints. You have my sympathy for getting it in the sinuses. That must suck big time.
