madbakerStill trying to resolve the non-shipping of Ken Albala +'s translation of Livre Fort Excellent. When it was delayed they marked my order as "Complete" and they never sent it to me. I spoke with someone last week who promised to call me back, but she hasn't. I'll try again this week. This time my position will be "Ship this week to me or refund my money now." Fortunately, Ken sent me one of his extra copies (signed even!) and that arrived yesterday.
