I had one of those nights where I couldn't fall asleep, and even when I did I woke up with no feeling of having rested. So it felt like I got no sleep at all.

No reason for it, as far as I can tell. Just... didn't feel sleepy. Until the alarm went off, of course.

I got you beat. I could not go to sleep last night, and at best dozed for about two hours. I then got up at 4:45, so I could get a taxi to the (Las Vegas) airport, catch my plane, and make it home in time to go to work. I'm so tired I'm almost incoherent. (Like what else would be new?)

Geez guys, I'm sorry. I didn't *mean* to take your snorons. Thanks, though...it was great to actually sleep last night, for a change.

4:45... sleeping in that late would be a luxury. 8(

Bummer. I didn't fall asleep until after midnight, and was awake (without the help of the cats) around 4:15 this morning. Blech. I am sure in my case where it's coming from: Moving and finding a job. Oh well. Once the move is over, things will settle a bit, and focus can be entirely (or mostly) on finding a job ...

You have my acute sympathy.

I found out recently that there are birds here in Mass who screech well into the early AM hours. It sounded like a jungle movie.
