Yesterday I made:
2 loaves bread
a double batch of boozy eggnog to age until Xmas
sourdough pizza for last night's dinner
cassoulet for tonight's dinner (like most similar dishes, it improves after a day of melding flavors)
Today I am making a medium-sized batch of blackberry jam and 2.5 lbs Leicester pork-tomato fresh sausage. The latter will be a Resolution Recipe in a few weeks; I have a few already in the queue.
