Powerless

I got several alerts over the weekend that our office building had lost power. Then was fully restored. Except that today, all the outlets along our window-side wall are kaput. This includes such trivial things as my monitors, our printer/scanner, our phones...
There's a hardware store nearby, but it doesn't open until eight AM.

In the meantime, I used the bathroom - and the soap dispenser was blocked, and spurted soap all over my shirt.

I was able to get an extension cord at one of the many nearby Walgreens, so I was could restore power to my monitors by creating a tripping and fire hazard.

I haven't been at work an hour, and I am already done. Way done.
