I realized this morning that I was eating organic granola with yogurt I made.
After having showered using Dr. Bronner's soap.
Right now I am sipping a hot beverage containing unfiltered cider vinegar.

If I ever start talking about TVP [ETA: in a positive fashion], please shoot me. It will be a mercy.

My dad went through a lamentable vegetarian phase in the '70s and I was forced to eat whole-grain TVP casseroles. TVP looked like dog kibble. I suspect the kibble tasted better.

My mom had a yogurt machine. The product tasted... vile.

Ha! I have had good meals with TVP (chilis, mostly), but I have had many more poor ones.
